My customer is foocusing Infineon/TLS850F1TA V50 for their system,
Vin_max=16V, Vin_typ=12V, Io=250mA.
The product is D2PAK to consider the better thehrmal performamnce.
Against it, I am considering to promote TPS7B6350-Q1, HTSSOP16.
Is it possible to show the thermal data of TPS7B6350EVM if you have?
The package top temperature & ambient temperature would be good reference
for us.

We provide the thermal metrics of our devices within the datasheet in the Thermal Information table. Since application specific layout can significantly impact thermal performance, we model ICs following a standardized process as specified by the JEDEC in the EIA/JESD51-x series of documents. While this data is modeled on a JEDEC High-k board, it is important to note that our team updates the model to ensure a strong correlation to real board measurements.
