I found the spice parameters by simply searching "CSD17551Q3A spice parameters." I need to import the model into LT Spice though. How can I do this?

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. In order to use a TI PSpice model, you must have an unencrypted model. TI typically does not publish unencrypted models on ti.com. You will need to contact your TI FAE or Account Manager and request the unencrypted model from them.
