TPS74701: Debugging issues.

We have seen several failures on a small number of boards. When they fail the FB pin is aprox 0.6V instead of the 0.8V so the output is always low.

Is there any errata on these parts? It seems to vary with date code. One date code we saw had no errors. TPS74701DRCR

Hi Dan,

We do not have any errata on TPS74701. Any errata would be published to the product folder.

So that I can better understand your how the rails are interacting in your application, can you provide a multi-channel scopeshot with Vin, Vout, Ven, and Vbias? Also if you change the load current, do you see a difference in the output voltage?
