Hello Team,

Does TPS3700 have internal input protection diodes to VCC and GND?

How much current is allowed to go through these diodes (if placed)?

    There is input protection built into the design but we only provide the ABS MAX ratings to provide a max input voltage, not an input current.

    The device will take the required Iq to power the device, but there should not be additional unnecessary current forced into the input pins. Is there a special way this device is being used? Keep in mind if there is excess input current, it should flow through the input sense resistors ideally and not into the device.
