Could you please help with the below issue:
Two TPS54326 Devices are used to generate below voltages:
P1V15_Aux ( 1.15V from 12V, @ 1A max.)
P1V15_Aux ( 1.15V from 12V, @ 1A max.)
P1V2_Aux (1.2V from 12V, @ 0.7A max.)
Observations:
-Is it expected at all? Is it an issue with the device or with the design (PCB, ..etc)?
Observations:
•AT SW output pin, small pulses of duration about 0.2uS and amplitude about 6V are observed along with normal 12V pulses.
•This kind of pulses observed at both 1.15V and 1.2V outputs.
•But the output ripple was measured to be within the acceptable range, for both no-load and full-load cases.
-Is it expected at all? Is it an issue with the device or with the design (PCB, ..etc)?
