TINA/Spice/PTN78060W: Couldn't find the TINA model for this part, is there one?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if there is a PSPICE or TINA model for PTN78060W that I can use as I have this part and it's not regulating to 5V if the input is above 10V and my design call for an input of 28V. Therefore I would like to simulate the part in TINA and see if the same problem occurs and troubleshoot my design appropriatly.

Hello Orlando,

See below for the schematic from which I would like to build my TINA simulation. My problem is that from 7 V to 10 V, the VOUT pin is outputting 5V but as soon as I hit 10 V, it starts to increase and track starting at 5V.

The first thing I would do is remove the 1kΩ pull-up resistor on the INH pin to VIN. It is recommended to leave this pin open if not used to disable the device.

Also, what is the ESR of the output capacitor?

Is it possible to send waveforms of VIN, VOUT, and INH under both conditions (Vin < 10V and Vin > 10V)?

There is no model for this device.
