Could you please tell me how to design R1,R2 and C1 to get a desired delay.
I actually choose some random values.

Thanks for reaching out on E2E. Ultimately, choices for R1, R2, and C1 will depend on your required delay time, input/output voltage, and load capacitance.

I also recommend taking a look at our app note, Integrated Load Switches vs Discrete MOSFETs, for a better understanding on how to achieve the delay with a discrete solution vs using our integrated switches.
