TLV760: POWER UP ISSUE.

Part Number: TLV760

Support needed for the following circuit:

powering up with a 24V wall mount power supply and powering off and repeating on off on off few times …..the TLV76033 (U$1) will burn… also releasing 24V on it's output destroying all the remaining electronic.

How to go on with this product design ? what's wrong ?

Consider also that the electronic work perfectly if U$1 does not get broken…. previously I was using a SOT23-3 from MCHIP to work up to 12V, I changed it TI to let it operate up to 24V....

Hi Fabio,

In order to help debug, could you provide a multi-channel scopeshot with Vin, Vout, and Iout while you are toggling the linear regulator's input rail? A multi-channel scopeshot will help us understand the relationship between the rails.
