TPS43061: FET VDS Select

Dear all.

I have designed TPS43061 with VIN=12-20V, VOUT=22V, IOUT=10A.
However, the WEBENCH output is 73V ideal FET.
How much VDS margin is required in the Boost FETs?
Can I use CSD18537 60V FET?

    Thank you for your interests in the TPS43061. As you may know the Webench has limited components and I tried your inputs and got the same results, and Wenbench did pop up a reminder about the FET.

    Regarding the margin, you should make sure your FET supports the voltage stress in your design. For your 22V out, 30V FET should be good enough. If you have some derating requirement, you can select 40V or 60V FETs.

    Thank you for quickly answer.

    I think that it should be careful about only a parts and a layout because the load is only LI-Ion battery charger.
    I make 60V FET a candidate.
