We have questions about TPS54550.

In datasheet p.6, We need to use 24Ω resistor in boot pin.

But we want to use 22Ω in boot pin.

Can we change the resistor of boot pin from 24Ω to 22Ω?

And are there any problems when we use 22Ω in boot pin?

    Hi Nishizawa-san,

    It is ok to change the resistor to 22 Ω since it is only a small change. If a different BOOT resistance is used, the main thing to make sure is the SW node overshoot does not exceed the ratings of the IC and of the LS FET.
