TLV707: EN threshold

The datasheet gives the enable threshold to be min. 0.9V and the disable threshold to be max. 0.4V, but what customer is measuring is that the enable threshold actually is 0.77V and the disable threshold is 0.68V.

Do you have an explanation for this discrepancy?

    Hi Bernd,

    The enable pin is a digital pin and the datasheet thresholds define logic low and logic high. Applying at least 0.9 V to the pin (logic high) ensures that the output will be enabled for all TLV707 devices. Applying 0.4 V or less (logic low) ensures that the output will be disabled for all TLV707 devices. The actual thresholds for an individual device will be in the indeterminate region between the two datasheet thresholds. There is more information on this topic in the following thread:
