the data sheet on line claims the SP version is a space rated Rad Hard Tolerant device. Is there a spec or at least a Rad Hard level in which it is tolerant? Preferably a Radiation Test Report?

Rick,
most but not all of our -SP devices have radiation test reports. Unfortunately this device does not.
The best place to look for status of -SP devices and radiation levels is in our current space guide.
