Hi Sir

When system is off Vin directly to VBAT(3V), ON=low and VBIAS is no power. Can I refer to this parameter below?

And maximum load is 100nA if it is working.

Yes, you can refer to that parameter below. The shutdown current refers to the current that the device draws when the ON pin is low.

Hi Chen,

Would the TPS22916 be a better solution for your application? The device is in a smaller WCSP (0.74mm * 0.74mm) package and offers better Iq and Ron than the TPS22860.
