Can UCC24612 work in Active clamp forward SR,
Can I provide a reference design?

Hello,
Thank you for your interest in UCC24612.
You can use UCC24612 in a Active clamp forward topology, the thing to look out for is the switching frequency of the SR controller. UCC24612 should be used for <100kHz in a forward topology if you increase the frequency its turn-OFF speed may become a concern which will affect the power losses across the device. In a forward topology there is some current always present in the output inductor, sometimes this current will be large enough to prevent the SR-FET from turning off when the converter is transitioning from freewheeling to power delivering state (turn-OFF threshold is -10mV). This could result in an overshoot resulting in damaging the SR-FET.
I would suggest using a self-driven SR-FET or a gate drive transformer, which is a better option for a forward topology. Attache below is PMP8861, it is a good starting point.
