I am looking for 2.5V TL431, but Ika(min) is 10uA, any suggestion?

    Hi Hsu,

    Are you looking for a shunt voltage reference at 2.5V or does any voltage reference work?
    For a 2.5V TL431 with Ika(min) of 10uA, we do not have a device that meets those specifications but we do have alternatives.
    The ATL431 is 2.5V with a ika(min) = 35uA
    The LT1004-2.5 / LM385-2.5 is 2.5V with a ika(min) = 20uA.
    If you stack 2x REF1112 it is possible to get 2.5V at 2.4uA.

    If you are open to series voltage reference then the REF3325 is a 8.5uA Iq at 2.5V

    What drives the need for such a low Ika(min)?
