Looking for assistance to find the IO chart for an old TI chip, any recommendation on where to look

I have circuit I am trying to trouble shoot from the 1980s and I need an IO chart for the chip to know what it is doing.  The PN is SN96527N.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Brian, 

      I could not find any reference to the SN96527.  It is very possible that it was a custom-marked part, and therefore any reference to it would have been under NDA only.  I did not find any reference on a general web-search, either, as I'm sure you have done as well.  I have a couple other inquiries for info and if anything turns up, I'll let you know. 

    And here's another idea - what is the product and manufacturer of where this SN96527 is used?  Perhaps a search of that product could turn up a schematic, and you could get the info you are asking about from there. 

    Again, if anything turns up, I'll be sure to let you know.
