Hi team,

What is the pin-pin distance of TPS81256?

I mean, this is 1 TYP in the datasheet P.22 and also (1) TYP in P.23.

And what does "1 oz max" of COPPER THICKNESS in the P.17?

I am also not sure why "oz" is used while "mm" is also used.

And dose "oz" mean below link?

Hi Noriyuki-san,

I think I misunderstood your questions. After read your post again, I believe I have the answer for your. Yes the pin spacing is 1mm typical.

Regarding the use of OZ instead of mm, it is the convention for PCB fabrications. PCB vendors' standard units for copper thickness is OZ.

Yes, it is the mechanical drawing notation, which I believe is universal standard. The unit is in mm, the numbers are for dimensions, and TYP stands for typical. On the same drawing it shows the bump size: diameter between 0.25 and 0.35 mm, and 9x refers to the 9 bumps.
