But there is no information about its stencil thickness.

Could you tell me stencil thickness information for both devices?

Hi Oba,
Thanks for the question. Please refer to the following application report www.ti.com/.../slua271b.pdf. Recommendations for solder stencil thickness can be found starting on page 10. Based on this, 0.125mm stencil should be adequate for these devices.
