CSD17483F4: Plating Finish

Part Number: CSD17483F4

I also need to know the plating finish on this part. The material declaration page given in the original answer does not contain that information (it is blank for the finish). It looks to be gold, but I need to determine if it requires refinishing per J-STD-001. Can you confirm plating and gold thickness?

Thanks for posting.
You are correct that the lead finish is empty on the main page but on this page

If you click on the part number associated with the part is does list the lead finish under component information if you scroll down a little, it is Nickel Gold.

As for the thickness, this is between 0.5um and 0.8um
I am investigating making sure the lead finish is populated moving forward and thank you for highlighting this issue.

I need to make a correction, I mis-typed above and the thickness is 0.05um to 0.08um, NOT 0.5um to 0.8um.
