Customer have a question about PMP9616 data.

In "Start up waveform", 1.5 A flows for 40 ms.
(As PMP 9616 FETs are used in parallel in , the current flowing through one FET is considered to be about 0.75 A.)
The customer has almost the same specification as PMP 9616, but since the ambient temperature is max 75 ° C, I am concerned whether there is a problem at startup even at that temperature.

Hi T Kishi,

The inrush current can be reduced further by increasing dv/dt capacitor on the FET GATE.
What temperature is observed for FET during startup?

Thank you for reply.

Since it is a consideration stage on a desk, it is not possible to directly measure the temperature now.
Customers plan to use CSD17570Q5B × 2, but when the ambient temperature is 75 °C., do you need to determine the time of dv / dt while watching the temperature rise of the FET?
