My customers are considering the temperature derating of CSD87381P SOA.

There is no graph of the Id(drain current) - Vds(drain-source voltage) characteristic of that IC in the data sheet, but will I have it?

    Hello Nakamura san,
    Thank you for promoting TI power blocks at your customers. We do not spec IDS vs. VDS SOA for the individual FETs in a power block. The SOA curves in the CSD87381P datasheet, Iout vs. Tamb, are with the device operating in an actual buck converter similar to a power supply SOA curve. What is the application and what is the customer expectation? I can check to see if we have IDS vs. VDS data for similar discrete FETs but we cannot spec or guarantee that performance.
