They compared Rds(on) and Qg between CSD18540Q5B and CSD18542KTT. They assume CSD18540Q5B is used the advanced process technology than CSD18542KTT, because the balance of Rds(on) and Qg is better than CSD18542KTT. Could you tell us why CSD18540Q5B is better characteristics than CSD18542KTT?

Hi Tateo,
Thank you for promoting TI MOSFETs at your customer. The CSD18540Q5B is fabricated in a slightly different (newer) silicon process than the CSD18542KTT. Hence, the QG x rds(on) figure of merit is somewhat better.
