Hi Shawn,

Yes. But our end customer has further inquiry regarding the PO thickness.
They would like to know what is PO stand for and any details/documentation from TI regarding this PO thickness.

Please advice.

PO means polymer which is usually used as substrate for MOS. Like Shawn mentioned, there is no impact on performance with this change. And it will help to make the chip more robust.
