Hi all,

 

Battery is LiPo 90mAh.

Charging current (IOUT)is 20mA. ->K = 320, ->  RSET = 39K.

with the above parameter, ITERM is 2mA, which is below the minimum ITERM 5mA (datasheet). 

Is it possible for the controller to detect Charge Done condition if the ITERM is less than the minimum?

    This is doable, but the main issue with currents this low is that the accuracy will be affected.  So, both the fast charge and termination accuracy will not be as accurate since you are below the minimum specified in the datasheet.  The charger will still charge safely and will terminate.
