Dear SIr,
Based on your feedback we have reduced the input voltage to 4.5v with 3 no’s of AA batteries.
We have assemble 90 products out of which 20 no’s problem above problems have reported. Out of 20 no’s we have noticed 14no’s battery dropped to 50% approx with in 24 hrs and 6 no’s to 50% approx within 48 hrs and expects to repeat some more.
Also the battery dropped below 2.7 V and increased to 3.85 in 14 no's and 3.1 V in 6 no's if we leave it. During that time we are observing heat at TSP62203.
My max current in the circuit is 80mA for 3 sec at 5min interval.
Could you give the possible reason for TPS62203 heat up?
