Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ51021, BQ500212A
Hello,
is there a possibility of a bi-directional communication with the bq51013b? Or do I need an additional NFC IC for it? If yes, do you have a reference design?
Regards, Holger

can I use the uni-directional communication from the receiver to transmitter also for application specific data/commands? Or is this close to WPC protocol commands?
I want to use the charging coils also for NFC communications.

Hello
The BQ51021 has I2C interface and the option to send data to the transmitter. For this approach you will also need an transmitter that can support this function. The BQ500212A has I2C.
Sorry do not have info on coil that will act as NFC and Charging.
