Hi Sir,

Could you please recommend an alternative MOSFET for AP4453GYT-HF for Oring funtion (Vin is 5V)?

I couldn't find a similar spec MOSFET in our website so I'm not sure which should I choose for my customer.

    Hi Candice,
    Thank you for promoting TI FETs at your customer. We don't have an exact cross for the AP4453GYT-HF. There are two possible devices: CSD25404Q3 or CSD25402Q3A. They are both rated at -20V BVDSS and +/-12V VGS. Please review the datasheets for these devices and let me know if you have any additional questions.
