Hi everyone,
I'm attempting to make a bms for an electric motorcycle I'm building as a hobby. So far I have a working PCB of what is kind of like 3 BQPL455EVMs on one PCB and I want to now take the next step and control this board using a c2000 rather than the BQ76 GUI.
I cant find any examples of c2000 controlling the BQ76 battery monitoring chip and was hoping some of you knew of good examples. I basically just want the c2000 to balance the cells when a charger is plugged in, monitor cell voltage and temperatures when in use, and put the BQ76 chips into sleep mode when the battery is not in use.
Are there any examples of someone controlling the BQPL455EVM with a picollo micro controller? That would probably be exactly what I need.
Thanks a lot!
