We have the tps61181a in a design, supplied with 10V, otherwise basically the same set up as used in the SN65DSI8X eval board.
It appears that when we apply power, put EN to HIGH and DCTRL to HIGH, the device goes to into a fault condition. FAULT pin is HIGH (10V). But I cannot find any list telling me what causes a fault condition in the datasheet.
