UCC27532: UCC27532 failure issue

Hi Team,

My customer is using UCC27532 in some projects. Now they are doing pp in field but they found some failure in field side. So we now want to check if these is something wrong with the schematic, would you pls help check if the schematic as below has some potential issue? Many thanks for the suggestion.

The isolated driver they used, datasheet showed as below:

    Thanks for reaching out to the High Power Drivers group, my name is Mamadou Diallo, I am the AE supporting this device.

    If no NDA restrictions, can you please provide a bit more details on the failure(no output? physical failure? does failure occur at start-up? Operating conditions during failure, etc...) and the application as well as component values used in the schematic?

    Is that a relay they're driving?

    I haven't heard from you.

    Was the failure resolved? If so, feel free to share the resolution for others on the forum to learn from.

    However if the customer is still experiencing problems with the design, please let us know with more details of the failure so we can get to the bottom of it.

    In the meantime, I must close this thread and mark it as resolved.
