TPS62097-Q1: Output voltage rise when EN pin voltage is lower than threshold

Hi, Team

My automotive customer is using TPS6209733-Q1 in their car infotainment system. 

They find when the voltaeg on EN pin rise to about 0.2V which is lower than EN thershold, the output voltage also rise. When EN voltage rist to 1.8V which is higher than EN thershold, the output voltage will rise to 3.3V correctly.

Could you help to check whyoutput voltage will rise when EN pin is about 0.2V?

    I don't think this is related to the operation of TPS62097-Q1. I think that the increase in output voltage is related to current flowing into the output capacitor through any parasitic path in your application design or test setup.
    Looking on the oscilloscope picture you have posted above I think there is something wrong with the timing and the scaling. CH2 is 100mV/div, so for me it looks like it does not show a startup to the 3.3V output voltage. You may want to double check that.
    If you need more help I would need a more detailed explanation of the signals you have measured. The schematic of your test setup would be helpful as well.
