Dear Sirs,

We are looking for a reaplacement instead of CSD25213W10 in bigger package. Our requirements are: RDS should be equal or similar to original one in CSD25213W10, threshold lower than 1.8V, must handle -6V minimum on Vgs and Vgd.
We will be much appreciated for every recommendations.

Hi Marta,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. I have identified a couple options to replace the CSD25213W10 in a larger package: CSD25310Q2 in a 2x2mm SON package and CSD25404Q3 in 3x3mm SON package.

May we also ask why you are looking to replace the CSD25213W10 with more expensive larger devices?
