I have checked in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.

Also, check in same os and different system.

I also check with compatibility option in windows 10.

Still not working in any single system.

I can only get the same error when the board is not powered.

So can you double check the power supply?

And if it's ok, can you try the following step?
Power up the board->connect USB2ANY->Start GUI

Please open the GUI with administrator permission.

---> I checked on TESTPOINT VCC and GND pin of a board.

Power up the board->connect USB2ANY->Start GUI

--> I followed the same steps.

Please open the GUI with administrator permission.

-->GUI has VBS extension so I couldn't find run as administrator problem.

One more thing I noticed I get this error after closing GUI.

I double check this on different laptops and both win7 + win10 but don't have your issue.

Do you have any MCU? You can check if the board is good through I2C.

It seems the Vcc and GND are short.

Hello,

I have checked with another microcontroller.

I can not get any response from the board.

If I remove SDA and SCL than my microcontroller gives a response no device found.

Therefore I think there is some problem with the board.

I checked VCC and GND is okay. Because I can get some voltage on pin VCC and GND.

Now, what should I do?
