TPS2065: Storage Temperature

Hi TI,

I'm searching for the storage temperature of TPS2065 device but i notice it has been deleted since the Revision. H of the datasheet.

So which temperature range do I have to use?

Hi, Mickaël.

The operating junction temperature range is -40deg to 150deg. The storage temperature should be wider than this. Is this -40deg to 150deg temperature range enough for you?

Actually, if I consider that Storage temperature range is at least -40°C to 150°C, so it isn't wide enought for me.

I imagine that storage temperature is wider than operating junction one but i wish more precision about the negative temperature value.

Why this information has been deleted since previous révision of the DS?

Hi, Mickaël,

The storage temperature range is -65C to 150C. You can refer to this datasheet: www.ti.com/.../slvsa01c.pdf. The storage of TPS2056 and TPS2065-Q1 are same.
