TPS22963C: Inquire TPS22963c Load switch with OCP/OVP feature?

Hi Webmaster,

My customer inquire a load switch which need some features as below,

a. Vin = 2.5V ~ 5.5V

b. Iout greater than 3A

c. package smaller than 2mm * 2mm

d. Rds(on) smaller than 30m ohm

e. Need OCP/OVP feature

Would you mind give me a good recommendation about this features?

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    For these requirements, I think an eFuse might be better suited than a load switch. I recommend taking a look at the TPS2595 for this application, it can support up to 4A and has overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
