LM26420-Q1: Power Good output function during output overvoltage

Hello,

Figure 33 of datasheet (SNVSB35) shows Power Good Hysteresis Operation.  In the text above referring to Figure 33 it says : "..., it is not pulled low until the output voltage exceeds +- 14% of the setpoint for a....".

Does that mean that an overvoltage event with Vout > 1.14  * Vout,set will result in PG going low ?

In other words does PG operate like a window comparator ?
