Hi Moulika,

Below is the startup and shutdown for the TL1963A. The typical startup delay between the shutdown signal and output rise is 60 us. The typical output voltage rise and settling time is 40 us.

Please keep in mind that the output current and output capacitor will affect the output rise and settling time. The waveform above was collected with the following test conditions:

Vin = 5 V

Vout = 3.3 V

SHDN slew rate = 2 V/us

Rload = 2.2 Ohms

Cin = Cout = 10 uF
