Could you please tell the amount of characteristic change due to aging if you have.

  • Hi Ozono,

    Our Electrical Characteristics table and Typical Characteristics curves give an indication of how our Linear regulators will perform.

    While the tests contained in the Electrical Characteristics table are performed before shipment, we also perform reliability testing on our product families before we release the product family to market. These tests include accelerated stress testing following the JEDEC standard. Prior to and after the accelerated stress test the units are subjected to our production test program. As such overtime the liner regulator should remain within the min/max specifications depicted in the Electrical Characteristic table. Below is a link to our Reliability statements and tools.
