UCD9244: Fusion design error -> 'target of an invocation error'

Hello team,

Hope you are doing well. When you get a chance can you help with customer question:

There is an error in particular I keep getting when I try to start up fusion design with my devices connected: ' Error loading or running application library. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

When I have an issue with fusion design I typically get the “target of an invocation error” or if I can get fusion design to open, I have specific errors when I try to program my 104d device, which is a UCD9244 chip. It seems like the PHASE_INFO won’t write correctly when I import. 

I’m using Fusion Design version 7.1.1. I have a Windows 10 64 bit computer. There is an FPGA on the board.
