Hello!

I need a negative voltage regulator with input voltage -35V output current 1A with the same noise parameters such as the TPS7A47  Voltage Noise: 4.2 μV RMS (10 Hz–100 kHz). Do you have?

    Hi Sergey,

    Unfortunately we do not have any automotive qualified negative regulators that can meet your input voltage and current requirements.  Our closest fit to your application is TPS7A33 which has a typical noise of 16 uVrms.  TPS7A33 is commonly used in applications with TPS7A47 when a negative and positive LDO are required.

    Our parametric search is a useful tool for quickly identifying the best LDOs for a given application.  I have filled in the parametric search with your input voltage and output current requirements.  These two requirements narrowed our portfolio to 7 parts.  You can find the results here.  If you look at the noise column, you can see that the lowest noise devices remaining are TPS7A33 at 16 uVrms and LM337-N at 38 uVrms.
