Hi, we do not have direct replacement part like LM3290. However we have “Adjustable, Step-Down DC-DC Converter for RF Power Amplifiers” family like LM3241,LM3269. LM3279 has RFFE Interface.

LM329DZ is Voltage Precision Reference device, not switching regulator. Could you post this question to Precision Voltage Reference related forum? Then they can provide better recommendation to you.
