LM5122: LM5122EVM-1PH for 48V out

Hello,

I need the EVM to test 12V to 48V out with 3-4 Amps output. 

Will that work with the coil and components in place? What has to be done besides changing the feedback resistors.

    Hi Mat,

    It is possible but you need to replace parts to support your 48V output. Please refer to the schematic and BOM in the user guide, and change the following,
    (1) all the output ceramic capacitors to be 100V rated, and Alum Elec to be >=63V rated.
    (2) MOSFET to be at least 60V rated.
    (3) The low side resistor of the FB resistor divider.

    If the new values are remained the same, your loop compensation network may remain the same.
