    Hi Tateo,
    Im confused that what kind of device you want to use, TPS61163A or TPS61195?
    I'm sorry, for TPS61163A, because there is no Vout pin, you may not be able to insert a resistor between Vout and internal feedback pin.
    For TPS61195, you can serial connect a 50ohm ressistor bwtween Vout and R5 to measure the phase margin and gain margin.
