TPS3700-Q1: Data sheet top view and mechanical data does not agree with each other

    Hi Jin,

    Can you clarify which package do you mean and why the top view and mechanical data do not agree which each other?

    Sorry, Somehow major portion of the the post is missed.

    We used WSON-6 the 1.5mmX1.5mm package. On page 3, Pin Configuration and Functions, top view, it shows that DSE Package WSON-6 Top View, pin 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 is counter clockwise.

    On page 25, DSE(S-PDSD-N6), it shows that pin 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 is clock wise. It does not mention whether this is top view or bottom view.

    Please clarify.

    Hi Jin,

    Sorry I did not get back to you. On page 3 is a top view on the DSE package which means in reality the pads are not visible and under the package. From the left hand side you can see pin 1 which has a marker to differentiate the pin.

    On page 25 shows the bottom side of the package so the pin order is reverse in clock wise. You can imagine as if you tip this picture over (towards you) and view the top side, then it would have the same package 1 - 6 in a counter clock wise manner.
