Hello,
I saw on the datasheet of the TPS7A52-Q1 that the deviation of the accuracy of the output voltage (without bias and between -40°C and +125°C) is -1% and +1%.
I would like to know if it includes ageing.
Thanks,
Nerea

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your fast replay. Where can I find the results of these reliability tests for TPS7A52-Q1 ?
Thanks in advance,
Nerea
Hi Nerea,
Our publicly available reliability results are actually located at the Reliability Homepage that I sent you in my previous response. You would simply need to type in your part number(s) if accessing the results through that method.
A potentially quicker way to access the same information is to go though the Quality & packaging tab of your intended part's product folder:
Very Respectfully,
Ryan
Hello Ryan,
Thanks for your reply. I've got one more question.
Which components or signals inside TPS deviate to have 1% accuracy at the output? (VFB, AOP..?)
I would like to know each components' influence in order to have the best accurate output or to forecast the errors' origins.
Thanks in advance,
Nerea
