Could you please suggest any TI part equivalent to LM5101 High Voltage High Side and Low Side Gate Driver with Operation temperature range of -55C to +125C.

Hello Nesh,
Thank you for the interest in TI gate drivers. I reviewed the 100 to 120V half bridge driver devices and can not identify any parts that have the -55 deg C operating temperature. There are devices rated from -40 deg C to 140 deg C which has extended range on the high end.
Is the -55 deg C required Vs the -40 deg C?
