I need a DCDC convert. VIN=12V,VOUT=5v,IOUT=2A, TID=100krad(Si),pls give me an advice.

Hey John,

Unfortunately we don't have DCDC converters that can take 12 V input at 100 krad.

All we have that we can offer is controllers.

Hey John,

If you are using a 1 switch topology I would suggest the UC1843B-SP and for two switch the UC1825B-SP.

They will be coming out later this month and will be 100 krad versions of the UC1843/UC1825 family of devices.
