I am using TL431cvin flyback SMPS application to regulate 15v. But TL431c is getting turn ON even though the Veer<2.5V. it's getting turn ON at veer=1.18V. we expect it supposed to ON at Veer=2.5V.

Kindly help to sort out this issue.

Hi Gajanan,

Sorry for the late response. Can you probe the Vka of the TL431 during the issue state?
I want to know if the TL431 is stable.
What is Veer? I do not see that on the schematic.
Can you provide a more clear schematic picture?
