Since the TPS54418 transient model is currently unavailable for webbench or TINA. Do you have a non-encrypted PSPICE transient model?

I can check for an unencrypted model. If it does exist, it very likely will be under strict NDA, so I cannot post it to a public forum. Is there a particular reason why you cannot use the regular encrypted model. I use it often.

Another method I tried was importing the PSPICE model to LTspice, but could not create the symbol using the macro generator. Unfortunately, an error occurs.

Unfortunately I have no experience with LTspice (I think for obvious reasons) so I can't help with that. Probably the best solution is to create a TINA TI model. I think that process is straightforward on our end, but the queue time may be as long as 2 weeks. Will that work for you? Another alternative is the free student edition of pspice. I am pretty sure that model will run on it. Let me know.

Yes, please put a request for the TINA transient model. In the mean time, I will try it with Allegro PSPICE and the free edition of PSPICE.
