May I know the min. Soft Start time? There is only 1.0ms in typical value. My customer want to know the min. value. Their requirement must be bigger then 0.5ms.

Hi Kami,

I checked with the temp char data which is the ATE test data for development samples. The lower limit for Tss is 0.4ms. But it should be measured with 10% to 90% Vout rise time.

Hi Kami,

The data is collected on ATE test which is open loop test. It is not like test on bench with an EVM. The soft start time is not related to Vin or Vout. It only relates to silicon variation. Thanks!
